The team at IDEAL Solar were brilliant to deal with. Jason is a real expert in this area and spent plenty of time explaining all the options so that we could choose the best setup. He wasn't at all pushy and once we decided to go ahead he was super responsive and had the system installed really fast. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Jason and the team. Installation was done efficiently and neatly. Always makes himself available for any queries.
Ideal Solar were true professionals from the start to the end. Even after the install I periodically had the odd question about the app or the system which was happily answered. I highly recommend this company after talking with 5 other companies for quotes or installation.
Jason and Ideal Electric were recommended to me by a friend. We needed Solar Panels and an EV charger. We are very happy with the way the installation went. It was scheduled for the day of the big storm so they could not safely go on to the roof. However they did most of the groundwork that day and came back to complete the job the following day. They were polite and professional. All went smoothly. There was an issue with the location of our router which with a little extra work this got sorted very quickly. Jason inspires confidence and this is what sold us on Ideal Solar. We found his quotation somewhat confusing but he called and explained everything. Their quotation was higher than the other main alternative we considered but we feel we have a premium product and got premium service.
Jason and his team were very efficient and installed my Zappi EV home charging unit in less than an hour. They also completed and submitted the relevant forms for the grant that day. He also took time out to explain to my 5 -year old what each tool is his toolbox was for! Very happy with the service provided.

Jason and his team originally installed our solar panels + battery, and we went back to him to get an EV charger installed. Very happy with both installs, very neat and clean work, with great communication. Highly recommended.
Ideal Solar and Electrical design our solar configuration to match our requirement and provided the power savings we could expect . They installed the system on the day agreed and within the time specified.After installtion our follow up questions regarding the system operation was dealt with quickly and efficently.
