Avoid at All Costs - Less than One Star! I hired this roofing company (run by Robert) to fix a leak in my roof. Robert tried his best to up his price each conversation I had with him but I maxed out at €1500 and was given a written and signed 15-year guarantee. What I got instead was a leak that still exists to this day. The work was carried out by one man with limited English, left alone with barely any instruction. Despite being told I'd receive new felt and wood, only the felt was replaced – the pre-existing wood was reinstalled. I was also promised progress pictures, but never received any. Robert was barely on site during the work, yet when he was he kept trying to increase the price, claiming the area needing repair was bigger than expected. It wasn't. And it was Odd, considering he never discussed this with the worker doing the job. When I explained I couldn’t afford any more than the €1500, he backed off – a clear sign the extra charges were opportunistic. When rain struck 2 months later and I had a flood in my kitchen I made Multiple follow-up attempts via phone and email to Robert which were completely ignored. He lists several phone numbers and addresses online (mostly PO boxes or non existent locations), but good luck reaching anyone once they've been paid. The so-called “15-year guarantee” is worthless when they ghost you if there’s a problem. I’m now €1500 out of pocket with a roof that still leaks. This company operates like cowboys – cutting corners, avoiding responsibility, and dodging contact. Absolutely steer clear.

Robert and his guys did some amazing work for my roof, he did the job the same day he was called, I had a few leaks in my bottom and top roof and they were able to finish the job in two days with no problem. Robert was also very patient and reasonable when it came to paying him. Thank you, Robert and your team, I really recommend them.
