      We had a Viessmann heatpump installed in 2024. Some birthing problems -- as expected -- but what impressed me as a customer was and is the excellent after-sales service. Chris in particular has been exceptionally in his care and dedication: no problem is too small for him not to respond with courtesy and a level of expertise I wish would be the norm across the building sector.

      I got a Viessmann Vitocal heat pump from Precision Heating and I couldn't recommend them more. From the delivery driver that went out of his way to get me the heat pump as quickly as possible, the fantastic equipment and the first class support. I highly recommend them

      Chris & the lads at Precision Heating are a joy to deal with. As an engineering consultant the services they provide with equipment selection and design support is invaluable. We have great confidence in specifying their products for projects. Firstly, down to their quality but more importantly we know that their after-sales support is second to none. Always quick to sort out any issues if they arise.

      Very professional service. Had to call for advice on several occasions and always very helpful especially Chris, who took a call out of hours recently, 100% recommend.
