Great experience with these guys, called them with an issue of my water pump going off every few minutes and they pinpointed the cause straight away. Had 2 toilets and a kitchen sink fixed perfectly. Would recommend

Had Philip here this morning, only contacted him yesterday very efficient response, I’ve been having problems with my underfloor heating for awhile now and I’ve gone through lots of different companies to try sort the problem to no avail, Philip came this morning and fixed the problem, explained everything and took the time to go through everything, great job delighted, will be using him again

Philip and the team installed a new heating system, pipework and radiators, across two floors of my duplex apartment; installed a new water pump, and did some additional remedial work on fixing cistern and leak. The team turned up when they said they would, completed on time and budget, then returned at an agreed date to follow up on any issues which they completed. Throughout the experience, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and cleaned up at the end of every day. On Philip's recommendation I also had them install water filter adn drinking water filter, and can already see the difference. (see blog on his site). Unfortunately, while installation work was as above, my experience of aftercare was not good. Below are the facts. Philip installed a water softener filter unit. Within days I noticed a leak, it was not the plumbing but a leak in the unit itself. Which was under warranty. Philip did not pick this up on the only visit he made. Subsequent attempts to have Philip replace the unit (under warranty) failed: Calls- never answered, voicemails left , never answered (several times voicemail box was full) WhatsApps and SMS texts- promises to visit which never happened with no contact from the team; multiple texts stating was in contact with supplier/waiting for spare parts (never specified), stating would call in specific dates - none of which happened. Poor, to no communication and failure to repair/replace faulty unit in breach of Consumer Protection Act. To try be fair I gave Philip 6 weeks (all the time mopping up leaks and trying to prevent damage to my or neighbouring property) to respond. Ultimately I had to source another vendor and install a new unit

Recently had Philip out to my parents house to sort out their plumbing, got new radiators and flushed the heating system, very professional, arrived on time and a very fair price! Truly happy with everything he did and will definitely call him again, thanks again for everything!

I had a burst central heating pipe and Philip was very responsive and came out in the evening to repair the pipe. I also got Philip and with another member of his team back to service the boiler and replace 2 x flush mechanisms on the cistern. Philip is honest and genuine plus his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Philip and his team if you need any work done.
